2015 was the year when our paths crossed in the City of a Hundred Spires - Prague.

We met while working in mobile telecommunication field, for an industry leading company.

Having spend there more than a decade, we took assignments in all software development life cycle roles.
Between us, we worked as developers, qa’s, system integrators, product owners, scrum masters, support engineers.
We planned, designed, analysed, implemented, tested, integrated and maintained a long list of customer facing applications.

For the last five years we’ve been establishing our positions within the organization as leaders, managing multiple teams, delivering cloud based solutions for mobile operators around the world.

Founding oneboutique.it was the next step.

FEW INTERESTING PROJECTS WE WORKED ON

  • ProofHQ was a set of online proofing tools that allowed teams to easily collaborate and approve creative work.

    One of us was responsible for building and managing QA team and its processes.

    ProofHQ was acquired by Workfront in 2015.
    Workfront was acquired by Adobe in 2020 for $1.5B.

  • In 2013 Vodafone's mobile wallet was the first European mobile payment service built on the GlobalPlatform(1) open standard, which made it easier for organisations, including banks, retailers and transport companies, to host services in the wallet.

    It allows customers to leave their cards and coins at home and manage their daily transactions efficiently and securely using their smartphone.

    One of us worked on this project as a qa/support engineer, spending almost 2 years in Duesseldorf, Germany, accepting the solution with customer teams.

  • We managed an enormous Cloud OTA (Over-the-Air) solution migration project for Verizon, impacting +140 millions of customers.

    To re-write legacy platform to new, cloud based solution, we had to address new technologies, build the team with roles and skillsets that matched the requirements within Agile SAFe methodology.

    All while working with people that came from well diversed backgrounds and cultures, located between 3 different continents.
