The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science and Python programming. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining machine-learning models for offer-to-product matching. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive impact.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a candidate who excels in teamwork, learning, and adaptability. Leadership skills are a plus. The ability to work well in a team and share knowledge with colleagues is essential. You should be able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering

• Excellent Python knowledge

• Some experience with Data Science or Data Engineering or Data Analytics

• Strong algorithmic thinking

• Willingness to learn and share your knowledge

• Ability to give and take constructive feedback

• Willingness to work remotely in an international team

Considered a plus

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or another cloud computing platform

• Experience with running ML models in production

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Gitlab CI/CD, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch

• Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor others
