Own the definition of services solutions accountable for the overall success of the engagement and the primary source of Kyndryl Global Services engagement management and solution design around the world and across all product and technical Disciplines.

Provides the foundation of the solution that influences sales teams, human resources and delivery strategies for the engagement.
Remain circumspect using good judgment and discretion and manage risk and the client relationship.

Maintain all environments throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Test, Development, Production). Ability to lead client training and knowledge transfer sessions
